Here we go another Blogging Award, wahoo let’s crack open a nice bottle of firewater to celebrate. I actually didn’t know half of these awards existed… But they have been fun to not only read, but write too. I’ve been privelage to be nominated for The Ideal Inspiration Blogger Award.

OK, now we have the rules out of the way I can now move on to answer Tom’s questions.

1 – You can pick 3 celebrities (dead or alive) to join you for dinner….who and why?

First of I’ll add in Ryan Reynolds. Famous movie star. Awesome kick ass super hero as Deadpool. Would just be awesome and such a laugh right. Samuel L Jackson has to be the next one, a bit like Ryan Reynolds really it would be Mother F****NG awesome. Now for the third I would have to chose Roal Dahl. My favourite author as a child. To speak with him and find his thoughts on how he came up with his ideas.

2 – What is your idea of a perfect first date?

My perfect first date. I’d say somewhere nice, quiet. Quiet so we could chat and speak without having to struggle to listen. I’d love to say with a nice Steak involved. Maybe a walk somewhere afterwards or a decent film. I know such a cliche date right.

3 – What would you do if successful in winning £1,000,000 on the National Lottery?

I would buy my own house. One big enough so the kids could have their own bedrooms. Build or convert a room in the new house to a man cave with a racing simulator. I love my tacting simulator games. I’d have to my my 2 dream cars of all time too. One I’ve been a huge fan of since I was a child with a love for World rally championship. And one as a teenager. Not your usual lamborghini or ferrari. A classic Subaru Impreza 22b Sti. My all time dream car since watching WRC as a child. The second would be a Toyota supra. As a teen flicking through max power magazines I fell in love with them. The love for them was also emphasised by the Fast and the Furious Films.

4 – What was your favourite subject at school?

My favourite subject in school I think was history. I loved learning about events from the past. My favourite history topics were the vikings and the first world War and the second world War. I love anything to do with vikings. It’s one thing I found very interesting.

5 – Is there one song that is GUARANTEED to get you on the dance floor at a party?

I have to admit an old love of Bassline genre music and the likes of clubland remixes. You’ve got to bust some shapes to it really don’t you. These days I like a good rock out to some Korn, skindred or Fall out Boy.

I nominate…

Ashleigh from TheStevensonlife. Twitter and Instagram.

Ashleigh and her husband Mark are a parenting blogging couple. The Content they write is relatable to myself and I love to read about their family life.

Smell from Smelly Socks and Garden Peas. Twitter and Instagram.

I have enjoyed reading Smells weekly posts in lockdown. So intruiging having a look into her families life while in lockdown. She also has other great well written posts, parenting and even cocktails 😊.

James from My Hero Joshua. Twitter and Instagram.

A recently new blog. But I have thoroughly enjoyed reading James posts. Very personal and difficult to write I can imagine. But so honest and open about their incredible journey with their son Joshua.

Luke from Growing With Dad blog. Twitter and Instagram.

Luke is a relitavley new blogger and I follow also on his Instagram. A father of 2. A new Dad and Parenting blogger. I like his style of writing and look forward to reading more from him.

I’m asking you all the following questions.

1 – If you could go back and re-live a certain memory. What would it be?

2 – If you had a decision of one thing in your children’s life out of Kindness, Strength, Intelligence or Bravery. Which one would you chose for them?

3 – Out of your family, dead or alive, which family member would you chose to spend a weekend with?

4 – As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

5 – Holidays, if you could pick anywhere in the world to travel to for a holiday. Where would you go and why?

Thanks again Tom for nominating me for this Prestigious Award.

This is not the only Blogging Award nomination I have received. I was nominated for the Vincent Ehindero blogger award which you can have a read Here.
